I want to start by saying the host and the room itself were fantastic. Very responsive host and the room was clean. we also were not far from most of the attractions we wanted to go to! (15 minutes max of driving time to and from) I will say the room was smaller than expected based off the pictures and the view in the photos ARE NOT accurate to the view you get in person. The elevator didn’t always work and the area where the rooms are could use come cleaning. It seems most efforts go to the condos and cabins (which cost more). All in all the trip/room was okay, I just wish the room was a little bigger and the view was depicted accurately! 3.5/5.
Perfect for our stay! The place had everything you needed and clean! The bed was super comfortable. The indoor pool is in the building right next to you with easy access. The trolley stop is super easy to use at the bottom of the parking lot. We loved getting a list of recommendations to go to. Definitely would stay again!
I can’t say enough about this place! It was perfect for my boyfriend and I as our main purpose of the trip was to go to Dollywood. Dollywood is so close, you can hear the Dollywood Express train whistle, which we LOVED. The place was immaculate and decorated perfectly. I really loved the Dollywood Express coffee and wine bar. So adorable. The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Everything you could ever need is here. Including small touches like a makeup cloth, a dirty clothes hamper, a little “welcome” table, games and puzzles, Smoky Mountain travel guide. I love puzzles so doing the puzzle was super fun as it was a Pigeon Forge puzzle. Parking was easy. The location is great, just a few minutes from DTPF, about 15-20 minutes to Gatlinburg and the SMNP. Matt was super easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions I had. We fell in love with Tennessee, so we’ll definitely be back. And we’ll be staying here!
Matt’s condo was very well furnished and comfortable. The bed is exceptionally nice.l- very comfortable and supportive. Once inside there are lovely touches to welcome guests. A spacious living room and eat in kitchen are located beside a well stocked and extremely clean kitchen. Modern appliances and a large refrigerator await. Bathroom and shower nicely presented and clean - great water pressure and lots of hot water. The TV is perfect size for the space (large) and very easy to use. ROKU SMART TV. There is also a lovely gas fireplace — romantic and adding ambiance to a lovely living room. A BONUS is the well appointed furniture on the back deck (teak table and comfortable chairs) - perfect for ending the day in a very peaceful space or waking up and drinking coffee to begin the day. The trolley stop that takes you into Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg are located at the entrance for the condo as well ! Easy on off and no need to drive. MATT was very responsive and responsible.
This condo was so nice! The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The kitchen was spotless and well stocked. Matt was very responsive when we had questions. My husband loved that all light switches were labeled! I loved that there was a ceiling fan in the bedroom! We have annual passes to Dollywood, so we will definitely be back!

The condo resort is the last trolley stop on the the Dollywood Trolly. It picks up at our condo entrance and is only a 3-4 minute ride that takes you to Dollywood. Great way to leave the car behind. Public Transit is also available.
