This was a rough initial crossover to a new owner. AirBnb canceled our reservation and we were really stressed initially about rebooking since the dates of our arrival were so close, but Hedge kept the price match and dates for us and the transition was smooth with Airbnb. Pros: Pool - this pool gave our whole family hours of entertainment and the extras included like floaties in the outdoor closet were much appreciated. Communication - any issues we found were addressed very promptly which we also appreciated. Cons: No washer and dryer as advertised in the photos. Our stay was 10 days and no way to do laundry to which the owner simply said "Thanks for letting us know". Dead roaches were found every morning, 2-10 were lying around most days in the open and under furniture. Creaky, loud door hinges - also not ideal for a sleeping baby. Polyester sheets throughout make for a very hot and uncomfortable night's sleep A loud alarm system that shouted out randomly, addressed, not fixed
