Welcome to my charming ground floor studio flat, conveniently located near Wolverhampton city centre, Molineux Stadium and Wolverhampton Racecourse, boasting the added luxury of private parking. After a day of visiting or working locally, unwind in this cosy, comfortable haven, where you can catch up on your favourite shows, cook a meal or relax with a good book. An ideal base to visit many tourist attractions in the Black Country, Shropshire and Staffordshire, and popular for long term stays This newly refurbished Studio flat is on the ground floor and the communal entrance is shared with four other flats, there is access from both sides of the property, one side has a step up the other has a ramped access. The inside space consists of a modern and stylish open plan living and sleeping area. The studio is cosy and perfectly formed, there are 2 large windows which create a light and airy feel. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a home cooked meal, Fridge/freezer, Oven, Hob, Extractor, Microwave, Tassimo Coffee Machine with a couple of pods, Toaster and Kettle. As well as all cooking utensils, pots and pans etc. There isn't a washing machine however there is a laundrette a 10 minute drive away The relaxing living/sleeping area has a comfortable ottoman style small double bed to store your personal items, with Hotel quality duvet, pillows and linens. There is a stylish green sofa to relax in front of the 50 inch smart TV where you can sign into any of your apps and a table and seating for 2 to dine or as a work station. The separate shower room has a corner shower with WC and a wash hand basin and vanity unit and heated towel rail, after your shower make the most of the freshly laundered white towels and complimentary toiletries We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel-sized bottles of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll, and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is a One Stop a few minutes walk away.

This was made a very easy process from start to finish predominantly because of the quality of communication by Amanda. We were made to feel welcome and felt we could ask anything. The response was almost immediate. The manual was clear with everything explained well. The ground floor studio flat was spotless and the linen exceptionally clean. Tea, coffee and other options were laid out. The electric shower was good & the central heating was effective, warming the room up quickly. The bed, though on the small side, was comfortable. It’s a 25 minute walk or a #1 bus to town. The Newbridge has a great carvery and friendly staff.
Amanda accommodated a very last minute booking which I very much appreciate and check in instructions were very helpful and made it easy to find.
What a comfy and Cozy little studio. The host and the “pass the key” company were very accommodating and helpful with all My needs. They knew I had my little ones staying with me for a few nights and even placed a couple kids books and snacks for them to enjoy. The key was very easy to acquire and access to the room was effortless. I definitely recommend this and would stay again if the opportunity presented it self again. Thank you so much for a pleasant and stress free stay.

The only issue was the key to main door wasn’t very easy to use had to wiggle about a bit apart from there very well maintained property, will look forward to staying again, 5 stars completely

The studio flat has many amenities nearby. there are convenience stores, One Stop and a supermarket all within a 5 minute walk.
A great selection of restaurants with in a few minutes walk, Seafood, Indian, Chinese, Grill-it and The Crown at Wergs, Roma and WV1 within 15 minutes.
Great for walks and open air spaces, Smestow Valley Local Nature Reserve, Dunstall Park and West Park
The University of Wolverhampton Science park is only a 6 minute drive and The Wolverhampton Grand Theatre 9 Minutes away
Train Stations - Bilbrook 7 Minute drive, Codsall and Wolverhampton 9 Minute Drive
The Bus Stops are 9 Minute drive away
