This place was amazing and a perfect getaway for my birthday! The house was immaculate and the hosts very responsive to all our needs. Highly recommend getting the golf cart it was great use to haul stuff to the beach and just fun to cruise the beach at sunset. There is also a trail that is easy to walk back to the house from the beach if you need to. We cooked at the house one night and it had all the pans/utensils we needed. The downstairs shower area was nice as well as the new bar area. We traveled with 3 small dogs and felt very safe letting them roam the back yard without fear of one slipping under the fence. The big draw for this house to us was having two king size beds! Which the beds were very comfortable! Overall this was our first stay in Surfside and it was really enjoyable! We will definitely be back and would love to stay at another Britt family rental!

I can’t say enough great things about our stay! Great location & great hosts! Clean, & nicely decorated! I highly recommend renting the golf cart through them. While the beach is walkable, there are some convenient stores close if you need to grab more waters, etc. (it’s also fun!) The Britt family is so proactive! Their guide book to the home & area is so helpful! 10/10 recommend!

We have stayed in this property a couple of times and noticed immediately the fresh paint inside and out, the new outdoor furniture and rugs and new flooring. Very nicely done updates. Always a fun week at the beach. Mosquitos were just starting to bite at dusk so bring your bug spray. Owners are very responsive with any questions we have. We’ll be back.

Everything was perfect. The communication was excellent and the place is beautiful. We had a great family time and also enjoyed the bar setup downstairs.

Es una casa muy bonita y acogedora, fácil de llegar y excelente ubicación para pasar un rato en calma y relajados. La familia Britt siempre estuvo al pendiente de nosotros, sin duda volveríamos a alojarnos ahí.
