We stayed here almost a month. In This place our family felt like home, they had everything you need for a family. View and sunset from balcony was amazing, apartment spacious. I will not even mention that to the beach 5 min by turtle step;) Location was very good, nearby a lot of nice restaurants, night markets, bars and massage salons. Kata and patong beaches nearby. Sven and his staff was very helpful and active. Would come back for sure for even longer stay!!!

Our stay at this Airbnb was nothing short of spectacular. The property boasts a breathtaking view of Karon beach, which can be savored from nearly every corner of the house, be it the kitchen, living room, dining area, or the bedroom. Even lying on the bed, the sight of the serene beach is a delight. We had an 8-month-old baby with us and the safety inside the house was commendable. The amenities functioned perfectly, making our stay extremely comfortable. The location is a gem, with restaurants and excellent breakfast spots just around the corner. The convenience of multiple massage places and several 7/11 stores just a few steps away was a huge plus. The security of the place was top-notch, making us feel safe and secure throughout our stay. We never had a moment of worry, which truly speaks volumes about the property. A fantastic stay with memories we'll cherish forever! Best of all, the host and his helper, Ms.Jim were sooo helpful. Thank you!

Great apartment which had everything required for our four week stay. Sven was super responsive at sorting a couple of issues, all sorted the next day. The location was excellent, only a few minutes walking to a variety of good restaurants. We certainly enjoyed the large swimming pool, pool towels were included. The weekly service to the apartment was a nice touch, fresh towels, sheets, shampoo and shower gel. Also tea, coffee, sugar and milk was replenished. All in all a great stay.

What a lovely, relaxing stay we had at Sven Erik and Nom's apartment! Everything is available here to "live" properly if you wish to cook for yourself, wash clothes or just relax. The view is amazing! The walk to restaurants, shops and bars is really close by and the beach is across the street! We were welcomed by the fabulous Miss Jim who gave us the keys and showed us around the apartment. She is super sweet! There was a lovely welcome basket of fruit in the kitchen and a few bottles of water which was sooooo appreciated after a long travel day! In addition, the air conditioning was cold, there was ample closet space for both of us (with hangers!!!), the pillows comfy, outside space enjoyable and, there was quite a few much-needed items to borrow! (beach towels, pool floaties, umbrellas to name a few!) You are right on the bus line (local and to the airport) which is super convenient! Erik is a kind and thoughtful host. It's a fabulous place to book!

My wife and I are lounging by the pool for our last afternoon in Karon and savoring every moment. We cannot say enough about this property. The pool area is lovely, walking distance to numerous restaurants, directly across from the beach and a short Tuk-Tuk ride to Patong or Phuket Town. The condo is awesome. Beautiful views of the ocean and sunsets, fantastic kitchen and very comfortable bed. Our host, Sven-Erik, was extremely responsive and so easy to deal with. No wonder he is a “Super Host”, he’s earned it. We hope to be back here next winter, we love everything about this property. Thank you Sven-Erik for making our Thailand trip so fantastic!
