When we arrived, we had been delayed on our flight and Ita was extremely helpful in getting us into the house. The house was clean and easy to access with a beautiful view to the ocean. During our stay, anytime we needed help or guidance, she helped us to the best of her ability. When we left, my daughter forgot her Apple Watch and it’s messaged me immediately to ask where to mail it to. She exceeded my expectations and was a great host overall. We will be back again to stay here. Thank you Ita!

Such a great place! You cannot beat the location and the view! Mar Chiquita is just a very short walk away and lots of other beautiful beaches to visit locally. San Juan is just a 45 min drive. Loved enjoying Mar Chiquita during the day and going to San Juan for dinner and to experience the culture and night life. We had a group of 7 people and Itas place had more than enough room. We would love to come back!!!!

This place was absolutely perfect. We spent alot of time on the beautiful large porch, you can constantly hear the ocean waves from inside or outside of the home. The beach is a quick walk down the hill and the grocery store and bakery is 2 minutes away, we had a perfect family vacation here it is beautiful!

All good. We did not find the washer and dryer as per the pictures and we could have appreciated an earlier note about it but other than that it is a great place. The beach is like 2 minutes away, driving. There is a little natural pool for kids on the right side, but you should watch out for the overtopping waves. Rent a car and travel around. It is a must.

Pictures did not do this view justice. The home was well maintained, clean and the view was spectacular. The sound of the ocean waves rocked us to sleep and the thought she put into each detail was well thought out for each guest’s needs. We had a couple of questions and Ita was super quick in her responses. The town is about 10 minutes away fulfilling all your fast food cravings and shopping needs. If looking for peace and quiet with melody of ocean waves, I highly recommend 🥰
