As they say, real estate is all about location and this apartment has a superb location-close to buses, train, shopping, supermarket, restaurants, port, beach and center of town. Yet, it is very quiet with a beautiful view of the port, sea and cliffs. The availability of a parking space in the basement garage is a special consideration given the difficulty of finding space on the street. The apartment is modern, well appointed and complete.

Super location for Beaulieu Sur Mer right by the market, train and bus, by train 10 min to Nice or Monaco. The view from the apartment is fantastic. The kitchen is well-equipped. The apartment has everything you need. We would have enjoyed a rug on the floor, but the apartment has good heating, so no problem. We wish we could have used the terrace, but it was cold and in the shade all day. David, the host, gave clear instructions and was available for questions. We would stay here again.

This place is great! My first time in Beaulieu was very nice thanks to the convenience of this apartment. Just a block from the train station & bus stop, we were able to go to Monaco, Nice and many other places very conveniently without having to rent a car and worry about parking. The beach is a very close walking distance. Easy and beautiful walk. Restaurants are close distance just one block from the downtown. The place is quiet and secure. The apartment itself was clean, practical, simple, nice! I suggest that you bring: coffee, water, & shampoo. These are immediate necessities often found in AirBnBs but we did not find them in this one. The store is just a block away, so we were able to get this without any issues. David is fantastic! Communicates promptly and effectively. Highly recommend this place!

C’est le 2ème séjour que nous passons dans l’appartement de David et celui-ci est toujours au top, idéalement placé en plein centre ville, à proximité immédiate de la gares, des commerces et restaurants, avec une très belle vue sur la mer et le port, et proche des plages accessibles à pieds. Appartement au dernier étage très lumineux avec une terrasse utilisable, et une climatisation très appréciable. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.
