Our stay at Paul’s Cabin was fantastic! We enjoyed being right on the lake and the features of the home. Mike, the caretaker, was extremely responsive and helpful.

Great place to spend a week or more. My family and I had a blast. The house is right by the water with some great views. Set back in the woods so you better have 4x4. I would definitely stay there again 100%.

Pauls property is beautiful, well kept, clean and has everything a group could ever want or need. The wrap around deck, fire pit, hot tub and dock were incredible and the cabin is the perfect location on Skaneateles lake (11 or so miles from town and not far from the “end” of the lake, so very quiet). We also had the option to rent Paul’s pontoon boat which was a great feature. *SAFETY WARNING - the driveway is VERY steep/rocky and GPS will NOT bring you to the house address. We had two cars follow GPS directions and got stuck in another location where they were blocked by a gate. Once you hit that gate, we were only able to go in reverse up a very steep hill and almost needed a tow truck to get a second car out. Make sure your group follows the caretaker (Mike) to the house for check in, so you know exactly where you are going. If you have guests arriving at a later time, I would suggest meeting them somewhere (maybe Vernak Farms) and having them follow you down the 1-mile gravel path - it is VERY steep and your car may have trouble without 4-wheel drive.
