The condo is in a residential area within walking distance of old town and right adjacent to the lifts and trailhead for mountain biking. The beds are marginal, and the furniture, kitchen, and carpet are all dated and have some significant wear. This wasn’t an issue for me but may be a concern for others. It’s most important to note that there is a door connecting this condo to the one adjacent which allows sound to easily pass between. It is easy to hear conversation with your neighbors (and vice versa) so please be considerate.

The location, amenities, and appliances of the place were great. However, it was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in and led to 3 very uncomfortable nights for me and my partner followed by lingering back and shoulder pain. The couch was old and sunken as well. The carpet was filthy and the place could really use a fresh coat of paint and some updating. Park City Lodging was very nice and refunded some of our payment after they checked out the condition of the unit. Honestly if they switch out the bed, couch, and the carpet, this place would be amazing. Walkable, bright, quiet, and the pool and hot tub were lovely. But until the ad says “new furniture” I wouldn’t stay here again.

This apartment is in an excellent location with an approximately 5 minute walk to the Crescent and Payday lifts. The spa and pool were nicely heated and great to relax in after a long day of skiing. The value was quite good given the proximity to the slopes. Additionally, we found the host group to be very easy to communicate with and overall very helpful. The only reason this isn’t a 5 star review is because the bed (and sofa bed) was pretty uncomfortable and the apartment is a bit dated, both of which I’m sure will be rectified in the future.
