With large rooms, high ceilings and plenty of light, the properties date back to 1850. The ground floors in both are perfect for socialising with large yet cosy lounges complete with original fireplaces, wood burners, beamed ceilings and exposed stonework. In addition to English TV and DVD players, there are X-box and Wii consoles with games, and free WiFi (farmhouse only). Both fitted kitchens are extremely well equipped in terms of crockery and cooking utensils and have dishwasher and microwave . Both properties also have a bathroom downstairs Farmhouse: 1st floor - 2 double bedrooms with king size beds (one with cot), a bedroom with bunk beds and family bathroom with bath and shower over. 2nd floor - double bedroom with king size bed, twin bedroom and third bathroom complete with shower Gite: 1 double and 1 twin with plenty of space for cots if needs be. A travel cot can be provided upon request. There is also a sizeable contemporary family bathroom with bath and shower over. There is washing machine in the farmhouse and a 2nd one in the laundry room as well as airers, iron and ironing board ... if you have the urge to do your laundry whilst away!
