Welcome to The Pecan Barn. A unique place located on our family 12 acre pecan orchard. Whether you are looking for a quiet getaway, a place to hang out with friends, or a family trip, the Pecan Barn has what you are looking for. From beautiful Texas sunrises and sunsets, to the relaxing view from the great room overlooking a 1 acre pond, our little piece of paradise won't disappoint. The Pecan Barn is located in a quiet country orchard setting overlooking our 1 acre pond. With the open concept design, there is plenty of room to enjoy the luxury amenities that the barn has to offer. Whether its relaxing in front of the large fireplace, watching a movie on the big screen TV, or trying your luck fishing in our catch and release Bass pond, there is something for everyone to enjoy. We are located in Callisburg, just 10 minutes from Whitesboro. The Winstar Casino is only a short 25 minute drive from us. If you like wineries, Dechain Cellars & winery is only 5 minutes from us. We are also about 45 minutes away from several other wineries in the Saint Jo area. Lavendar Ridge is a fun place to visit and its only 10 minutes away. Lake Texoma is a 30 minute drive. Lake Ray Roberts is a 30 minute drive. Dallas, Frisco, & Fort Worth are all about 1 hour from us. Please checkout our guidebook for more details on fun things in our area. The full kitchen, charcoal grill, and outdoor fire pit will allow for a variety of cooking styles. From a gourmet meal in the full kitchen to a good ole fashion weeny roast around the fire pit, this space can accommodate all types of fun adventures! We have two bedrooms upstairs. The first bedroom has a full size bed large enough for 2 adults as well as a twin size pullout trundle bed. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The upstairs loft has a super comfy sofa, chair, and a large bean bag to enjoy. Downstairs is a sectional sofa with 3 built in recliners. We also have a nice queen size blow up mattress that can be used downstairs if needed. The upstairs bathroom has a 5ft soaking tub and a nice walk-in shower to enjoy. Downstairs is a half bathroom. Located on the front porch are 2 rocking chairs to enjoy the beautiful sunrises or the quiet evenings!
