The apartment was lovely, fresh and clean and met our needs well. Horizon stays were quick to respond to any questions and did so in a clear manner. I stayed when the property first opened, so it’s very new. I really enjoyed my time there.

Sadly, in my right mind, I can't recommend this place or this company to anyone. The address provided to me was plain wrong, and I had to haul my luggage across a bumpy street instead of having a quick stroll to the door from the taxi (3 bags after trans-atlantic flight!). The door has some weird lock, where you have to turn it upwards to "reset" the lock and be able to close it. Boiler was not switched on, despite what the host said. Moreover, it was broken, and I had to wait for electrician and plumber to check it. Passwords for lock and WiFi were not given until I asked for them. Radiator near the window pops loudly when it cools down or heats up. Water smells of plastic. Laundry room was not ready at the time of writing of this review. Credit where credit is due, those issues were fixed on day one. Flat was tidy, without anything unnecessary. Sadly, can't evaluate high due to awful experience. Shame to see it from someone with 6 years of renting experience.
