Situated in the heart of Panglao Island, this is a 2-storey mid-sized house with 4-bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is inside Royal Palms Dos, a gated community with security guards watching and screening guests coming in and out 24/7. The house is just across the community swimming pool and the children's playground. Main door leads to the living room with a long sofa, Smart TV with Netflix and a coffee table. The kitchen currently has couple of dining table that can seat up to 6 people. A full kitchen is available for all guests' cooking needs with a refrigerator, dual gas stove, kettle water heater, rice cooker, water bottle and dispenser. Only the 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor are available for guests use. 1 bedroom on the ground floor is locked at this time.
