This is home away from home. ❤️ Experience a peaceful and luxury environment in a busy area of Quezon city. The condominium is right next to a huge mall named “Evergotesco Mall”. Easy access to all your needs and restaurant cravings! Our unit was well thought of. Everything you may need in your own little space, name it! A 20-minute drive to Tomas Morato Avenue with plenty of restaurants and bars! Studio unit with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Can accommodate up to 4 people (2 adults 2 kids). Beds are 2 single stackable bed. It can be used as sofa in day time and as a king bed at night that fits 2 adults and 1 child (or up-to 2 children). There’s also an extra single floor mattress if needed. Below are provided as complimentary: ▪️2 sets of toothbrushes ▪️1 set of vanity kit (cotton pads and cotton buds) ▪️1 set of hair comb ▪️2 Bath towels ▪️2 tissue rolls (1 in the living room and 1 in the bathroom) ▪️Body wash ▪️Shampoo ▪️Basket of snacks/goodies ▪️4 capsules of coffee granules ▪️2 sachets of 3n1 coffee ▪️2 sachets of HK style milk tea ▪️2 sachets of Chocolate powder

Casa KOM would be one of the most aesthetic and space friendly airbnb I stayed at so far.I always wake up to a very good morning during my stay there as the sun hits the place very nicely. It also have a nearby pool and gym which is a plus. The host was also very responsive, she replies very quick if ever I have any questions or issues. The place itself is very cozy and peaceful, i was able to do my work in the morning without any destruction. Highly recommend this place and will surely come back here again!
It may be a studio type room but everything in the room is placed correctly and very innovative in saving space. All appliances are brand new and the design is aligned with the room theme. The room is near the pool and a few minutes walk to Ever The host is very responsive and helpful in providing instructions and very kind.
The Host is very accommodating, I love her amenities so much, the view outside is nice too since I can easily see the pool from the balcony. She's very generous Host too no need for us to buy some cooking oil,salt etc too since it's part of what we paid for I also love the snacks my son loves it. The coffee is also part of which I love it so much too I RECOMMEND THIS HOST U BETTER TRY HER PLACE WORTH OF WHAT WE PAID FOR❤️❤️❤️🥰
Host is very accomodating and place was Hi-Tech I love it I recommend this to all my friends
