Beautiful and modern flat in Golfo Aranci with views of Capo Figari. The flat is located close to the beach (about 7 min walk), is spacious and quiet. The flat is on the upper floor of a block of flats with a shared garden and a private veranda that invites you to linger. The town of Golfo Aranci offers various restaurants, shopping facilities and sandy beaches. Olbia is about 20 minutes away by car. We offer two bedrooms with queen-size beds. One bedroom has been lovingly furnished as a children's room, but can of course also be used by adults. The bathroom has a bathtub, a rain shower, a washbasin and a toilet. The separate toilet has a washbasin and a bidet. The open-plan kitchen with stone bar invites you to linger. The entire house was freshly renovated in 2023.
