Great stay
Honestly, I am so disappointed especially with the lack of communication. I feel highly disrespected as I reached out to the host explaining a few issues ; no hot water, broken TV, no toilet paper, no shampoo, detergent, body wash… & I NEVER got a response. But as soon as I reach out to extend my stay due to the weather, I got an immediate response. I then asked him to respond to my first few messages & once again, ignored. I am so disappointed with the lack of respect overall. I ended up paying for an extra night because he wasnt answerin… later in the day & another message saying hello? & he responded with how can I help you? Meanwhile he still didnt answer any of my text messages regarding the issues so I told him once again to read my texts above. Hours later he answered & said my night will be free so I told to him I was worried the room was going to get booked so I paid & now thats it’s free I would like a refund.. but of course, I am still waiting on a response. I feel scammed
