Rent includes all bills/amenities: water, electric, trash, cable, WiFi, central heat/air, security system with ring doorbell, deter, and lighted parking. Landlord lives on property in main home.

At first I was little skeptical of how it was going to go because of the pictures. Not that I thought the place was gonna be bad just not as great as it truly was. It was very spacious and very clean. The host was also very kind and very responsive. Also she was extremely flexible by letting extend our checkout time. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Lawton or near fortsill. 10/10 would stay again. Thank you so much Stacey for a wonderful stay. You truly made this couples weekend.
I didn't want to check out so early, had the checkout time been a little later in the afternoon we world of probably stayed another night.
