Location was simply perfect! Home is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood yet convenient to restaurants, grocery shopping and activities. Very private and just a few steps away from the beach. The home is beautifully decorated. We appreciated the en suite baths in most every bedroom. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues that didn't really affect our stay, and Ted was quick to address them and keep me updated on the status. The convenience of being so close to the beach was great, and we liked the outdoor shower to rinse off and lounging on the 2nd floor patio to watch the waves. Easy to find. Ted was very responsive to every inquiry.

The house is in a wonderful location and very well thought through. Kitchen is beautiful and well equipped. Location of master allows separation and lots of space for kids or bringing along a grandparent. Ted is a fantastic host!

Beautiful home and location. You’ll need a car because there’s not much within walking distance and Uber is very limited. Overall, gorgeous beach and super relaxing. We would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful home in an absolutely fabulous location. We enjoyed the heated pool and private beach access. It was so nice to be right on the sand and still have so much privacy. We hosted a beautiful dinner and enjoyed apps on the balcony. Just a stunning backdrop.
