Our stay at this Airbnb had its positives and negatives. The place was charming with most amenities, although a toaster would have been a nice addition. Convenient parking for two cars was appreciated. However, cleanliness, especially in the bathrooms with hair present, was lacking. We also found pencil lead in one of the beds, and the mattresses were extremely hard, affecting our sleep quality (although my parents loved their bed). One surprise was that there were residents in the basement, which wasn't mentioned in the ad that I recall. Guests should keep this in mind when parking. With improvements in cleanliness, comfort, and more transparent information about the property, this Airbnb could be a great choice for guests.

Good spot to stay in Richmond Hill. Easily accessible off main roads. Close to restaurants and shopping. Easy commute to Vaughan, Aurora, Newmarket. Beds are firm if you like that style. Two showers with great water pressure. Kitchen was adequate for cooking small meals. Comfortable furniture. Great TV and PS5 provided for kids entertainment. WIFI was very good. For a short duration rental was what we hoped for. Negatives - no towels in the house, so bring your own. Didn't look like the cleaning team did a full clean before arrival. Found bathroom sinks looked like barely cleaned.

The apartment was easy to locate. We unfortunately experienced some issues on arrival mainly surrounding access and cleanliness. It turns out the host had nightmare guests who stayed prior to us. In all fairness and cleanliness issue aside, the host was very responsive, rectified issues as quickly as possible and was apologetic for the trouble. Apartment itself is very comfortable, we would’ve liked to have had privacy curtains for the living room as at night time, neighbours could see into the apartment. We loved the beds it was like sleeping on clouds. It would’ve been nice to have an iron, especially for a long stay. Kitchen is well equipped, a toaster would’ve been a bonus but all in all, it was a pleasant stay and we would recommend for a family.

It was a pleasure staying at Jeff's house. The location is fairly convenient with walkable distance to Wal-Mart, groceries store and shops. The house was newly renovated and Jeff was generous to provide a lot of snacks and drinks for us prior to our arrival. All the beddings seemed very new and clean which was a huge plus. Since the place is fairly new there were a few flaws such as some renovations deficiencies and noises, broken appliances and broken outlet. Jeff was very responsive to the issues and most of them were fixed during our stay. Overall it was a pleasant stay and I would recommend the place.

Had a fantastic stay! The place was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was absolutely divine—so comfortable that it felt like sleeping on a cloud. Every aspect of the stay was comfortable and inviting. Highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a cozy and relaxing getaway.
