We had a great few days in Newport and Bryan’s house was a cozy and relaxing place to come to after sightseeing. The house was easy to find, close to Newport and was the perfect place for our family of 3 couples to spend time together. We had to contact Bryan for something and he immediately responded to us! We would definitely return to his place if we are ever in Newport again.

An absolutely fabulous stay! The home is spotless with all the amenities you need. It feels significantly larger than the pictures show. Terrific location (a stone's throw from Second Beach). Super quiet and private back garden. Master bedroom with en suite on the first floor is delightful - super comfortable bed and linens. A nice bonus to have a dedicated workspace/desk upstairs too tucked away. Location is wonderful....very easy access to the great restaurants of Newport without the crowds. Really appreciate this is a dog-friendly property with a fully enclosed back garden which is beautifully landscaped. Bryan is a great host - who has thought of everything you need for a home away from home stay. Highly communicative and easy to partner with. No issues experienced at all. Highly recommend! We are already looking at the calendar for dates to return!
