This place is a real find in a wonderful location. So much is walkable and nearby. The apartment was bigger than we expected. The small but functional for two balcony was a huge bonus! We really loved our stay.

This is the 2nd time we've stayed here. 1st time was great. 2nd time, the apartment was not clean at all, we had 1 roll of toilet paper for 4 days. No kleenex or tissue, no napkins, etc. I think it was overpriced for what we got. Didn't seem to be a lot of care taken, nor any real concern for customer/guest services. Response time with the host was very slow, i.e., sometimes 2 days and then I had to send a reminder. We will not stay here again.

La situation et les recommandations sont excellentes. La gestion des transferts aéroport a été parfaite. Nous avons apprécié le caractère historique du bâtiment et la presence d’un ascenseur. L’appartement est grand, la circulation est agréable et bien décoré.

Great value, spacious apartment right in centre of Rome. Tastefully decorated and homely. Walking distance to all main sites. Hard to beat. Cons: beds are very soft, bathrooms can be smelly (still tolerable though) and apartment can get cold at certain times of day - can’t control the thermostat or use fireplace and host did not respond with any other option. Communication pre booking was fantastic, helped arrange transfer from airport at reasonable cost. Check in also very smooth and friendly. During stay however, host was slow to respond or did not respond at all. On the whole, still excellent value for size of apartment and location.
