The place was extremely organized and clean upon arrival and was well-accommodated for the seven of us that stayed. The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had and provided locations around the area we could visit, which was great for grocery shopping, etc. We were very satisfied with our stay and we would definitely recommend!
Great penthouse in San Diego, close to everything! The condo was spotless and offer many amenities, including access to pool and fitness center. We loved the place and found everything that one may need when away from home. The 3 bedroom unit easily fit 6 adults, beds were comfortable, and bathroom were stocked with all necessities. We loved how clean the place was and having parking garage was added bonus. I would definitely stay here when visiting San Diego.
The apartment is nice but access was challenging with limited upfront information. Amenities are nice but limited hours so if you plan to be out all day and to dinner you won’t be able to enjoy them. Perfect place if you are going there just to be there, which would provide you a small community at your disposal.

I stayed in the apartment for a week. It was better than I expected. The apartment and everything in it, are very new and the building has all the amenities one can wish for. The pool is warm, the gym is very well equipped, the dog park is enclosed and only five minutes from the house, and there is even a pet spa! On the nights we went to the common area to play in the arcade or have some s’mores in the fire pit. The location was also good, there are plenty of restaurants and most of the attractions and beaches are only 15-minute drive. I highly recommend James as a host and this location to stay while visiting San Diego.

I am your host and main point of contact, James! I am a father to a beautiful 15 year old teenager and 3 year old Cavapoo fur baby. These 2 keep me pretty busy for the most part but when I have some free time I enjoy snowboarding, off-roading, camping, mountain biking, hiking, and have always had a strong passion for traveling. I truly just enjoy all the adventures that comes along with it. During my travels I unfortunately had some unpleasant experiences with hosts and always had the urge of wanting to provide a better experience for travelers. When I heard about corporate housing and Airbnb I knew it was a sign and I wanted to be apart of it.. My goal is to provide a 5 star experience at an affordable price!
