This place boasts an excellent location, also very quiet. Check-in is convenient and easy to access. The room is impeccably clean, tidy, spacious, and comfortable, with spotless bedding and all necessary amenities provided. Sophie is an exceptional host, very helpful and accommodating. This is by far the best Airbnb I have ever experienced. Outstanding value for the price. I will definitely stay here again, and I highly recommend this place to others!

Great little space for the price, the bathroom was seperate enough to not be bothersome for being shared. Breakfast in the morning was a lovely touch.

Not only was the space grade. The owner was attentive and communication are great the place itself, though I loved it felt so cozy very clean and it may look smaller, but it is a lot more spacious than it appears is definitely will recommend anytime I know someone’s coming in Edmonton.
