We loved Chaz’s place! It was perfect if you love Coligny Circle Plaza and the beach. My 10 year old thought the arcade game was so cool and a neat touch to his room. Everything was clean and exactly as described. We would definitely return!

First of all- great place!. Super happy with the clean condo with all the creature comforts anyone needs. Location- short walk to the beach and a "plaza" that is filled with ice cream, food, markets to shop and enjoy just across the street. Very quite and enjoy full in the evening (and during the day). Im planning on coming back and will be contacting Chaz to stay at his place again.

The place is very nicely decorated and extremely comfortable, the photos don’t do it justice. Even better in person! Especially after a day at the beach it’s nice to be able to walk back and relax. Chaz is also a great host! Very responsive and helpful. If you’d like to just go somewhere and feel like you’re home and on vacation I highly recommend staying here!

Chaz was great! Very accommodating and responsive whenever we needed something. The place was beautiful and had everything we needed and was a minute walk from multiple restaurants and shops and only 5 min from the beach. Highly recommend!

Chaz went above and beyond to make sure my stay was amazing. The place is beautiful and within walking distance to the beach and some great local shops and restaurants. His communication is great and the value he provides is unmatched. This is easily one of the best experiences i have ever had using airbnb and i will definitely return here every time i am in hilton head. 5 stars is not enough. If you are considering staying here i highly recommend👍
