Had a great experience at the place. The location is very convenient for commuting to UPenn and grocery shopping. The house is well renovated, clean, and comfortable to live in. Also, the host is very kind and friendly. I appreciate their efforts in communication and making this place comfortable. I think it’s definitely a wonderful place to stay and I’ll recommend it.

The place was nice and organized, the instructions and the hosts were great and responsible. They were helpful wen we needed and indicated us correctly for the parking. The area is nice and has nice restaurants around.

Great location , You can hear the people across from you & there’s no TV at all or bathtub other than that great Host!

I enjoyed my stay a quit building in a quit block. Parking can be a problem due to other apartment buildings in the area but overall it is a perfect place. I would actually stay again.
