Martina's place has everything i needed for my stay (i commute to ulm for work). it's located in a calm area just outside the city and it's cozy and welcoming. I'm very happy with my experience there and I will definitely book it again in the future. only small particularity is that the bathroom is not integrated with the room space, but you need to cross the apartments entrance hall to reach it(2 meters not more). not a big deal for me, but it might give you some disconfort while having to take a shower. beside this, the room welcomes you with water, tea, coffee and also a small refrigerator. Martina is a very kind and helpful host which will be assisting you at any time if you need.
