Perfect place for what we just needed. Place is clean and homey. This is a perfect place for small family who needs a place to rest. Easy to locate, accurate pin to google maps and waze. They complimentary chips and candies. Only feedback: the street is very narrow. If you have a SUV you need to be careful you will need to access a street before the actual address since the street where the house is located is narrow and have double parking- you cannot drive through it. Bring your own towels, the in house towels shreds lints and it will stick to your body. Fyi: 1 room is airconditioned, it only has exhaust fan to share to the other room. Ac is old and cools longer than usual especially in the afternoon. We had a comfortable stay, wifi is great if you need to work. About 15 mins drive to nasugbu beach- this place is along the hway. Easy to contact caretaker. Thank you for letting us stay to your place!! 💗💗

The owner is very accommodating and responsive. The house is nice and fully furnished but it’s hot in the living area I suggest you install split type aircon or centralize aircon. Thank youuu!
