Walking distance to the Winooski circle, Burlington, the bike path and great restaurants; this is the perfect place to stay. Whether you, your family and friends are visiting the town for a summer vacation, hitting the ski slopes or enjoying the autumn leaves, this family-friendly and centrally located apartment is the place for you. Stay longer and explore more of the surrounding areas, with a designated work-space offered and high-speed WIFI. **Note: ceiling height 6-2"ft** Built in the 1920's, this centrally located triplex has the old feel charm with some nice improvements. We have curated the space to feel warm and inviting, so that you can enjoy your weekend or a longer stay. Local VT art, historic maps and guides; all play tribute to Winooski and VT. The space offers two king beds and one queen bed. Plenty of dresser, closet space to unpack your belongings. A designated work-space with warm lighting, in case you need to get some work done before jet setting around town. We've provided warm lighting, super soft bedding, bedside charging capabilities, dresser, desk, so you can unpack and unwind. The bedroom offers a queen bed and dresser, and lots of additional closet space. The living area has a cozy couch, accompanied by a Smart TV with streaming services, fun reads to pick through as you sit back and relax. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, blender, toaster, oven ect (all new appliances). We also offer complimentary coffee and tea. The unit also has salt/pepper and olive oil. There is a big kitchen pantry that you can unpack your groceries in and hang your coats. You can also lock your bikes up on the private patio out the front door. We also offer a kids high-chair and Pack N Play. We know traveling with little ones can be a little more work, so please enjoy those amenities. We do ask you to provide your own pack N play sheet. We really hope you enjoy the space and have the best time exploring Winooski and greater Burlington.

Kate was a great host and the place was pristine!
What an accurate title for the unit. Easy access to everything Winooski has to offer within minutes of walking. Hiking, restaurants, bars, cute shops, the falls and historic buildings all within a short walk. The space is quaint with a comfy bed and relaxing living room giving you enough space to kick it after a long day of exploring. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a good local place to stay.

We were looking for a landing spot to see the eclipse in totality. When price gouging was rampant everywhere, Kate and Zack’s place was fairly priced. We truly appreciate that. The check in instructions were clear and accurate, especially as we got delayed in the eclipse traffic and didn’t reach till late in the night. The photos don’t quite do justice to the place. It was much bigger than we anticipated. Kate and Zack were thoughtful asking us if we needed extra pillows blankets etc. The house is walking distance from downtown with lots of shopping and restaurant options. Really cute downtown. Also just a short drive from Burlington and Lake Champlain and Stowe in the winter. Definitely an all year round rental very conveniently located with thoughtful hosts. Thanks Kate for renting to us and helping us experience the eclipse. Truly a once in a lifetime event!
We stayed at Kate’s Airbnb for 2 nights. We got in around 11pm, and Kate was so helpful with helping us find the location, and helping us with parking. The space was clean, and the furniture was modern and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked and functional. The bathroom was also spotless and fully stocked. The ceilings are low, as mentioned in the description. I’m 5’9 and the ceiling was right above my head. But that was not a deal breaker for me and didn’t really matter. I will say if you sleep in the bedroom, you might need an extra comforter or blanket because a very chilly draft comes from the closet. The surroundings are very quiet, you might hear a couple planes every now and then, but again it’s nothing incredibly disruptive. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and hope to stay here again next time we’re in the Burlington area. Thanks Kate!
