This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. This home has been converted into a duplex, keyless entry and only steps away from parking with an outside garden space. Five minutes away from historical downtown Milton Riverwalk, five boat ramps city park and two walking and bike trails. 30 minute drive to Pensacola Beach or Navarre only one hour away from Destin Fl and 15 minute drive to Blackwater River State Park, minutes from two kayak/canoe, rental facilities.

We enjoyed our time at Diane’s! Although, we could have used an extra option for seating, but we were able to make it work. It is a great option if you are looking to visit Milton or Pensacola!
Communicated with Diane several times, she was very responsive. Her description was spot on, the eclectic interior decorations were very enjoyable. Will try to book again, next trip!
Great place
I stayed 3 nights at Diane's place and was very impressed with her quick response and how enthusiastic she was about myself being the first occupant in her place. Diane is a very nice person and she had the place very very clean and I felt very safe and at home. I look forward in staying in her place in the future!
