I stayed at Nicolas' apartment for 3 nights with my girlfriend and our friend. We had a great stay and would highly recommend the apartment if you are ever travelling in Paris. Nicolas was very welcoming, and he (or his property manager, Habitat Parisien) always responded to our questions quickly. The apartment was fully equipped with everything you would need while travelling, and it matched the photos/description in the advertisement. Our favourite part was definitely the huge balcony that overlooked the street, the central location, and that it had aircon (especially when it was +30 while we were in Paris!). Although we loved the apartment, it was a little tight with 3 people and having the sofa bed out. I think it would be a bit more comfortable with just 2 people if you staying there for more than 3 nights. Thanks, Nicolas!

Fiquei no apartamento por seis noites com a minha mãe de 76 anos. O espaço foi adequado para duas pessoas. Encontramos o local limpo com toalhas e roupa de cama de boa qualidade. O terraço é muito agradável. A localização é excelente, dois quarteirões da estação Saint Lazare com várias opções de mercados, farmácias e restaurantes próximos. Com certeza ficaria novamente no apartamento nas minhas próximas viagens à Paris.
