House was in an excellent location, easy access to the beach, grocery stores and entertainment. Host replied quickly to any questions.

The stay was nice enough, the only real issues we ran into was the following 1. There's a smell I can only describe as musty or dingy, like old wood throughout the house, itself is not terrible but it was strong enough that we had to buy candles to cancel out the smell which didn't completely solve it, the master bedroom had the worst of it, coming from the closet. 2. Bugs, I'm not from Florida so I'm not sure whets normal but I turned a light on in the middle of the night to find cockroaches scatter on the floor, we also found a couple dead ones in the living room. There are little bugs in the master bathroom sink that come up from the drain and crawl over the sink and counter top. 3. Kitchen had a foul smell, from the dishwasher it seemed like, like sewage or old moldy food or something. Other than that the place was as described, looks nice, kind of like they took a really bad place and spruced it up some, if the three things above were handled I'd have given it a 5 star.

Peter and Travis were great hosts! Absolutely beautiful home, truly a jungle escape. Thank you for being so wonderful. We hope to visit again soon!

The place was very convenient to everything in the area. Siesta Key is so close! Great restaurants all around. The plants and trees on the property were beautiful. Pete was a great host. Communicated very well throughout our stay.
