Adham, as a person, was respectful and when I needed him, he was responsive and he's a helpful person, but the problem for me was about the place. It had some major problems and needed repair, and to be honest, Adham offered me to bring someone to repair the damaged items, but due to the limited time of reservation, I could not be present during the reservation.
