Elegant apartment strategically located between the train station and the city center both within a 10-minute walk. This location offers the possibility of car parking in a private courtyard. The bright and quiet apartment is located on the fifth and top floor of an elegant building, consisting of: two spacious double bedrooms, two bathrooms with fine finishes, fully equipped kitchen and living room with sofa bed. Also present a lovely private terrace, Wi-Fi, Smart TV. The newly renovated apartment is ideal for couples, families or groups thanks to its large spaces. Each room is equipped with a comfortable double bed with double pillows and memory foam mattress, warm tones, parquet floors and high-quality fixtures make these spaces oases of rest/relaxation. Both rooms enjoy excellent privacy both with private windowed bathrooms and communicating terrace. The living room is the heart of the apartment, modern and very bright thanks to the multiple windows present and access to the lovely private terrace with table and armchairs where you can relax outdoors. Possibility to use table for 6 people for a convivial moment or just relax on the sofa and watch the 40" 4k Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with excellent appliances such as oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher. Completing the apartment is a laundry room with washing machine, iron, and clothesline. The apartment is beautifully detailed with design elements and the building has an elevator to the fourth floor, so there is one floor of stairs to walk to get there.

It was great staying here! Giorgia was very hospitable, showing us around the house when we arrived and even facilitated an early check-in. She was very prompt to help us, including getting us a new iron within half an hour. The house was located at the top floor of the apartments. There is a lift up to the 4th floor and then one set of stairs to get to the apartment - so something to keep in mind if you have lots of luggage. The house was very big, clean and had most of the basic needs. There are two bedrooms but also a sofa bed for any extra guests. The best feature of the house is the patio, especially when the weather is hot! It’s in close proximity to Parma train station (around a 10 min walk) and also around a 10-15 minute walk into the city centre. Nearby there is a cafe and 5 mins away a small INs supermarket. Overall the location is a great place to be if you’re looking to be in the community and have easy access to the city. I’d recommend staying here again! 👌🏻

We (2 adults, 3 children) had a great stay at Francesco's place. He and Giorgia were fantastic hosts, accommodating our last-minute booking and early checkin. We were met at the apartment, shown the very convenient private parking for our car, and easily checked in. The place is very clean and nicely furnished. It is a short walk to the city center and a good base from which to explore. We very much liked Parma and would love to return - and would hope to stay here again when we do.
