Hello and welcome! This is a small but very comfortable house in the countryside, located in the Municipality of Peñol, 20 minutes from the town center. We have designed an ideal house for remote workers, space to rest, breathe fresh air, completely away from noise and traffic. For that we have contracted the Starlink service that provides you with excellent Internet service from which you can conference, upload, download or watch videos, it gives us up to 200 mg. You can also enjoy sunsets from the jacuzzi, bird watching, mountaineering cycle routes and an ecological trail with access to the reservoir. To get there by land there is a 2km stretch of unpaved road with improvement arrangements. The interior space is 40 meters and together with the entire exterior, approximately 100 meters, but you can enjoy the entire green area, which in total is 1080 meters. Plus a private road with access to the lake which is great for picnic. The jacuzzi is inside the house and you can enjoy it whenever you want, we just ask you to be careful with the water since we use rain and spring water for the jacuzzi.
