There is an en-suite luxury bathroom with a shower over the bath. The friendly owners live next door and provide a small welcome pack of tea, coffee & milk on arrival. Outside Space: Accessed from the kitchen is a private enclosed garden with outdoor seating, perfect for al-fresco dining. Parking: There is private parking for 1 car outside the property Budleigh Salterton is an unspoilt seaside town, where the River Otter meets the sea, with a thriving high street full of individual and interesting shops and beautiful mile long pebble beach, fringed by the dramatic red cliffs which form part of the Jurassic Coast, a World Heritage Site. Budleigh offers a wealth of things to do, whether you like to stroll along Marine Parade, drink coffee at the Longboat cafe, watch for rare birds on the River Otter estuary or make use of local cycleways and riding school. Nearby, Otterton Mill offers a delicious range of home-cooked lunches and snacks and a chance to view work by local craftspeople. Hayes Barton, the birthplace of Sir Walter Raleigh is also nearby and the historic cathedral city of Exeter is but a short journey away.
