The resort will take an imprint of your credit card at checkin and put $300 hold in case of damages and then release it when you checkout. This resort is very limited on parking, extra parking spots may be available on first come first serve basis at checkin. There is ABSOLUTELY NO AVAILABILITY FOR EARLY CHECK-IN AT THIS RESORT! Checkout instructions/procedures will be given to you at checkin! Along with the resorts rules and regulations. Every resort has their own rules/regulations that guests must follow. Washer and dryer in unit. No daily housekeeping. Please note, these are Timeshare units. The Resort will provide pool and shower towels, linens and pillows but As a timeshare guest, you are required to supply your own toiletries, toilet paper, soaps, etc. for the full week, the resort does not supply you this stuff!
