Wonderful quiet home with a screened in swimming pool in a quiet community in the heart of town. Located 15- 20 minutes from Perdido Key and 30-40 minutes from Pensacola beach. The home is excellent for family reunions or bridal showers. The master bathroom has a large walk in shower and a huge walk in closet. Outdoor patio and entire swimming pool is in a screened in. There's games and things to do inside the huge Florida Room. We look forward to hosting you!

I would've gave 5 stars across the board but due to the pool area wasn't as nice as picture and the pool screen was missing. When speaking with host about the pool being full of leaves and debris I was told that a tree fell and broke the screen around the pool and that it will be fixed in a week or so. Host offered to rectify situation if I ever come back to Pensacola which I appreciate. The only other eye sore was the fridge on the enclosed patio. Fridge is rusted and doesn't look like it should be used. Besides those two things the inside of the house is spacious, clean, and I truly like that all of the furniture has outlets to charge phones and other electronics. Host communicated well and responded quickly if I had any questions. If back in Pensacola I would definitely stay again.

Hi there! I'm Amy, Welcome to my home in Pensacola. I am a native of the area and "I love where I live". I am a local investor that specializes in purchasing and managing short term and corporate leases, such as airbnb, VRBO. For nearly all my life I've been a Pensacola Resident, right near Redneck Rivera aka Lower Alabama. While my life has consisted of working in the Medical field all the way to Real Estate agent, this is by far the best experience that I have had, hosting you here, at my place. My hobbies include, being on my boat in the bay or in the woods riding through the mud. Then I'm going to be hanging out with my friends and my kids. Looking forward to hosting you!
