We stayed here for my grandsons college graduation from PCU. The place was home away from home, had all the necessary things and more!! Tim was right on it when we had questions. Warm & Cozy We will look forward to our stay there.

Tim was the consummate host… He was very responsive and communicated with us in a timely manner. His property was perfect for my family’s needs. We had a wonderful time, and would consider going back there again if the opportunity presented itself.

Place was awesome for what we wanted. Plenty of room for 10 and we loved having a private pool/hot tub. The water temp of both were perfect. We would definitely return for another long weekend.

This is my 3rd time staying at Tim’s place and we will never get tired of going. The place has everything you need and more. The pool and jacuzzi nice and clean and temperature was perfect. The instructions were nice and clear and the host stayed in communication at all times. Theirs nothing we hated from this place. Thanks!!!!
