To those that also read the review about the area of the house, sure, it’s not a “modern upscale”. If that’s what you’re looking for, you should try closer to the city. This neighborhood is well maintained and peaceful. You get a good, quiet’s night sleep, which is one of the biggest things I hope for anywhere I stay. The house was extremely clean as well. I won’t say there weren’t any issues or questions that came up while I was there, but Paige was always helpful and friendly. I won’t hesitate checking to see if this house is available when I need to stay in the Columbia area again in the future

Home is located in a less than ideal area. It’s very quaint and the interior design had a pleasing aesthetic. The issues I had was random plaster covering various walls of the house. As well as random holes located in the bedrooms. I also wished there was better instructions on using the projector which was in lieu of a tv in the living room. The check in was extremely easy and had no issues getting to the home.

It was great place for us to stay at we didn't spend much time there because of our activities we had going on. It's a great place to sleep and it's a quiet neighborhood.
