A nice place to stay in, close to all the places that I was planning to visit during my stay in Prague. the room was very clean but I will recommend adding another pair of towels in the room.

El alojamiento con una callidad-precio insuperable. La ubicación muy buena. Lo único negativo ,que el anfitrión tardaba a veces un poco en contestar y que nunca llegue a conocerle en persona pues la entrada era autónoma.

I had here one of the worst nights. We checked in during the day, left our backpacks in the room and went out. We came later that night at 2:30 am, put the code as the instructions were given and the door couldn't be open completely so we couldn't get in. We conctacted the 4 emergency calls and none of them responded, one the the numbers wasn't even existent. We contacted an airbnb operator and stayed in touch with them the whole night. From 2:30 til 6 am we stayed at the stairs of the building because none of the numbers was picking up our call until finally one number picked it up and sent a worker which in the end didn't do much cuz the door was opened from one of the guests inside the appartment. After I asked for a full refund from the host (100€) I got only 20€ with the argument that I called the numbers at 5:30 am and the worker came at 6 am to help us which ofc wasn't even true since I had the calls screenshoted. After the airbnb intervened I got the full refund.
