great place in even better location. the unit itself is somewhat older, interesting floor plan and layout. the small unsuite is newly renovated, but the other bedrooms and bathrooms are older style, but good. just not flash looking... everything was clean, kitchen functional, easy to access from the underground car park via lift. location is superb, and this is what makes this really stand out. about 5 minutes walk to the Burleigh Pavilion, a little less to James Street and surrounds, with lots of eateries and shops. Beach is practically in front of the door, just have to cross the road and park.
