Comfortable bedrooms with space for at least 6 people and another 4 in the large basement with 9ft ceilings . Our sunny brand new townhome is the first end unit in the second building. It is a 2200sqft double story a with fully finished basement. There are three bedrooms upstairs, the main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo and the other two bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub/shower combo. There is a high efficiency washer and dryer upstairs in a large walk-in closet in the hallway. The main floor living space is open with a large comfortable sectional that can accommodate the whole family for movie nights or the current game. The kitchen is well stocked to make a meal at home. The dining room table accommodate eight people comfortably. There are two counter height bar stools just off the dining room table for overflow seating to accommodate ten people. The basement has a functional L-shaped kitchenette with a double induction plate, kettle, drip coffee maker and toaster and is stocked with all the basics to make breakfast, sandwiches or warm up a meal. There is a small round dining table with four chairs. All pots, pans and cutlery are provided. The fourth bedroom and one extra full bathroom is located in the basement. There is an extra washer and dryer in the basement. The double garage is detached and will only be available if you rent a vehicle from us. We have a fleet of Tesla's available for rent through a variety of platforms. We provide delivery to Edmonton International airport. The garage includes a EV (electric vehicle) charger and cost of charging is included with Airbnb rental. We encourage people new to EV's to try our vehicles. Renting a home with a charger is a wonderful way of experiencing daily living with an EV.
