We had a wonderful stay in Greenville at the Birch cottage while in town for a college friend’s wedding. The space was perfectly suited to our needs, was incredibly clean upon arrival, and as an out of towner, was perfectly located to be easily accessible to downtown, the venue, and other amenities. Christopher was prompt in his responses, clear in his instructions, and very nice to work with. I would stay here again.
Inside the house was very clean and comfortable. The pictures in the listing accurately describe the way it is inside. The place is very close to downtown. I would not recommend walking around the neighborhood, it feels unsafe though nothing bad happened while staying there and it was quiet. It's not a nice neighborhood, but the inside of the house is very nice and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay there! Great host!
The place was great. It’s close to everything and the host are incredible. It was very well kept and well worth the price.
We had a lovely stay at the Blue Birch Cottage. The house was clean, easy to access, and made you feel right at home (coffee and creamer available as well as to-go coffee cups, great for the morning you leave). The area was not too noisy and the bedroom was nice and dark. You can definitely tell that this was once a smaller older home that has been expanded upon, making some of the details of the house a bit peculiar but not necessarily bad (attic-like doors above the deep closets of the bedroom closest to the bathroom). Additionally, the area is great in terms of being a short drive to downtown, however, this is not a walkable area and admittedly feels a bit sketchy (as a local, I was already aware of this and wasn't too worried). Overall, I think that this home is a great alternative to paying the same price for a small hotel room. Would highly recommend for those traveling on a narrow budget or just needing a place to stay for a night or 2.

Very close to downtown, but away from the busy, noisy traffic of downtown.
The house is also located a short drive from multiple hospitals. While the neighborhood does have some older homes, we can assure you that it is a safe and quiet area in Greenville.

*4 min to Prisma Health
Greenville is easy to explore by car, bike, and very walkable. Uber and Lyft are available in Greenville. There is also a bus stop one block away for the Greenville city transit system.
