This place is a gem. Not only was the place clean and well taken care of but Gedeon was responsive and friendly. I felt right at home. There’s also shopping centers, markets etc you can get to in ten minutes or less if you drive. I will definitely book again. 1000/10

Owner was very responsive and easy to deal with. Place is cute and comfortable and about a 15 minute walk to Rodney Bay

Gedeon was very responsive from my inquiry of the listing to check out. I booked his place extremely last minute and he was there to answer every question that I had. I inquired about drivers and he provided me an option which is why I booked his place immediately. Even though he was not present during my stay as he was out of town for work, he still made the effort to respond to my messages despite the big time different. The driver (Cynthia) was lovely and so helpful throughout my stay - she was my main point of contact while Gedeon was away. The neighbours in the complex were also really friendly and helpful. The vibe of everyone and everything with this listing was exactly what I needed for my short vacay - peaceful, comfortable, kind, and accommodating. The place itself was really clean, modern and updated. I definitely will be back - for a longer stay :)
