Visited for 2 nights, and was allotted a late checkout which helped with our plans, and a perfect spot to house 5 friends and myself. The house is located inbetween San Antonio and the natural bridge caverns which was perfect for my group as we got to see some caves and downtown without a very far drive. Our only negative experience was that there were bugs in the sugar for the coffee. Otherwise the place was clean, comfortable, and affordable.

Great stay, I would recommend for everyone. Derek is a super host, great guy and very responsive! Me and my family had a peaceful stay at his place.

House has a lot of potential. Seems like a work in progress. But you get a of space. It’s just not fancy. Beds were comfortable and very private quiet neighborhood.

0/10 this place was horrible. it was NASTY. looked like there was no attempt to even clean. the bathroom trash can had poopy toilet paper in it still. poop marks on all the toilets. you could see pee stains on the bottom of toilets as well as hair. bath tubs were dirty and had hair. one of the bath tubs had fuzzy mold. the cabinets and drawers were disgusting, no attempt to even slightly clean them. the microwave oven was caked with food. the microwave can’t be shut or it automatically turns on. the table is unstable and completely shifts if you bump it. the baseboards are caked with hair and dirt. there’s curtains to block off a room and it looks like they’re covered in what looks like ketchup. the carpets were nasty. there was more but i am running out of characters. hopefully they get it cleaned up, but don’t want anyone to get the experience my family did. the pictures as of right now are false.
