Amazing fairway views from the moment you walk in the door! You are greeted with picturesque views of the fairway and lagoon. Our villa is the ideal location for a golfer's retreat. The Sea Pines Beach Club is located directly across the street from our villa. Grab your beach gear and walk over to the beach access where you will find all the amenities needed to enjoy a day at the beach. Grab a frozen daquiri at Beach Club's full restaurant, Coast, or enjoy a stunning sunset at the upstairs cocktail bar, The Ocean Lounge. Our 3 bedroom villa is a great escape for a family-friendly vacation or a golf retreat. Located in the exclusive Sea Pines Resort, this spacious 3 bedroom villa sleeps 9 and features a enclosed sunroom off of the living room with incredible views of the golf course. There is a back deck to enjoy the peaceful landscape and unwind after a day of fun. The private front courtyard has lounge chairs and outdoor seating to enjoy the sunshine. There are beach chairs and a beach wagon available for guests to use, as well. The spacious family room features a Smart TVs with cable access. Free WiFi throughout the residence is included for guests. There is a brand new Queen-sized sofa sleeper in the sunroom. The Owners’ Suite has a King-sized bed, spacious double vanity bathroom with walk-in closet, and patio access overlooking the backyard landscape. The guest rooms each have a sliding glass door walk-out to the private front courtyard and are ajoined by the shared bathroom and hallway access to the laundry room. The second bedroom features 2 Twin-sized beds with a Roku Smart TV. The third bedroom features a King-sized bed and a Twin-sized sofa sleeper. All linens and towels are provided for each bed and sofa sleeper. There is a Smart TV in the bedroom with plenty of closet space, and there is a desk for a designated work space, as well. The galley eat-in kitchen has everything you need! Fully equipped with all of your cooking and entertaining needs in mind. All cookware and dishware is included. There is both a Keurig and a standard coffee pot. The large dining table seats comfotably 8 guests. If cooking is not a part of your vacation plans, there are 200+ restaurants on the island to serve you! Note: There is no pool access at Fairway One. **PLEASE NOTE: Sea Pines Resort does not allow E-bikes!*** There is a non-refundable processing fee for all cancellations. A beach wagon and beach chairs are included! The beach is directly across the street for those who can't wait to swim, sunbathe, collect seashells, or build sandcastles on the miles of pristine beaches and sand dunes for which South Carolina is famous. Fairway One has a Sea Pines Trolley (trolley runs seasonally) stop across the street at the Sea Pines Beach Club. The trolleys will take you throughout Sea Pines, including The Salty Dog Cafe & Harbour Town. Within Sea Pines, you will also find four championship golf courses, including Harbour Town Golf Links, Atlantic Dunes by Davis Love III, Heron Point Golf Course, and the Sea Pines Country Club Course. Golf, tennis, biking and so much more can all be a part of your stay here in Sea Pines! Visit the lighthouse in Harbour Town or spend the day on South Beach and grab a cocktail or snack at The Salty Dog!
