Kwong’s house is immaculate and in a convenient location. All rooms are very clean and fresh, and you have everything you need in the house and at your door steps and will definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

A hidden gem! Great location with both tram & train access to the CBD . plenty of restaurants and amenities within walking distance. Amazing hosts, helpful and responsive. The house itself is spacious enough without being too bed, 3 good size bedrooms with double beds. Parking is effectively based on a first come first basis. If you want to explore Melbourne but you don't wich to drive, then look no further. We would certainly book this place again.

Great communication prior and during stay from co host. Private and peaceful for an accessible stay near great amenities. Easy access into house. Unfortunately our 4wd did not fit easily into private car space. We were also disappointed in the cleanliness of the house the bad odour in one of the bedrooms and kitchen amenities were lacking.

All the furnishings were new, large tv and comfy sofa with high speed internet, beds were comfortable and clean, the house was spacious and tidy, with two separate living areas, and a nice backyard to bbq or have an outdoor meal. Location was convenient and minutes walk to the train station and tram stop. Local supermarket and cafe also within walking distance.
