Zoe's B&B is clean and nicely decorated. Light breakfast provisions were provided. Bread, fruit juice, milk, avocados, bananas and coffee machine. The bedrooms and house is nicely decorated. Rooms are clean with portable air conditioning in every room including the lounge. They can get loud but it beats trying to sleep in the heat of summer. 10 minute walk into town and a pub just 50 metres down the street.

Absolutely beautiful cottage and kind hosts. The gardens are gorgeous …indeed we could hardly drag ourselves away from them. Perfectly located - only a 50m walk to the river and in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood. Loved our stay.

Langford House B&B is in the perfect location to discover this great part of the Murray. The walk to the beach is lovely - and there's lots of coffee stops and other interesting shops along the way. The garden room is perfect for people travelling with dogs and the couch is comfy too.

Zoe and John are wonderful hosts , great fun to be with and provide charming accommodation and breakfasts to die for. This is THE place to stay in Tocumwal for a truly memorable experience. Judie & Richard M
