The bedroom also has a Smart TV, private en suite bathroom, with a walk in shower. The third bedroom is equipped with 2 bunk beds (Twin over Twin and Twin over Full) as well as an additional Twin size daybed and a Smart TV. This bedroom has pool views and a private en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Also on the first floor, guests will love spending time together hanging out on the 2 sofas. There's also a wet bar and a provided assortment of games that everyone in your group will enjoy. It's the perfect space to let loose and create memories that will last a lifetime. You must disclose and get permission for any service and or support animals prior to booking. We cannot guarantee the elevator will be working due to circumstances out of our control. Please read elevator instructions CAREFULLY before operating (found in the notebook in home). User error will result in a service charge. No children are allowed in the elevator unsupervised. Use at your own risk Pool and/or Spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All children must be supervised in the water at all time by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc are allowed in or around the pool.  Pools are serviced weekly.  Please keep in mind that due to tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool. **PLEASE NOTE: If you booked PRIOR to March 17, 2024, your reservation does NOT include towels and linens. If you’d like to add them for an additional fee, please contact us. Otherwise, you can bring your own or rent through a third party. If you booked or are booking AFTER March 17, 2024, whole house towels and linens ARE included in your reservation as part of your cleaning fee and also includes bed making.** (Last minute bookings: We need at least 24hr notice in order to provide linens and towels) The cleaning fee on your Airbnb reservation does include whole house bed linens and bath towels, as well as bed making. All beds will be made up upon arrival with top and fitted sheets, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be provided per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel.* We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin.
