Robert was very kind to allow late check out as the flight was leaving at 6pm. He was very responsive and provided clear instructions. My rating went down because the place was not exactly like the pictures and can definently do with some upkeeping . Otherwise, great location for a family.

Property was Exactly as advertised and Robert was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Malvin was friendly attentive and easy to communicate with also. I had asked about a smoothie maker to which a brand new one was provided straight away. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with my family of all ages. Thanks Robert and Malvin.

Robert was super friendly and always checked in to make sure our stay was going well. Malvin the house manager met us with the keys on time, he communicated with us almost daily, and answered any questions we had. He met us on time to return the keys. Excellent experience all around, we would definitely stay there again!

I stayed at Agies Villa for 6 nights along with 3 other persons. Because it is on a main road, it was very easy for the taxi driver to locate. We were all pleasantly surprised by how spacious and clean the entire apartment is. The host was always only a phone call away. We used a taxi for the duration of our stay. Should you want the option of using public transportation, that is readily available as the apartment is located on a main road. Also there is a small grocery store a building away from the apartment which is well stocked with a variety of pantry items. I highly recommend Agies Villa. Thanks Robert!

My family and I had a great time at Agies Villa, the property is as shown in the pictures and is quite spacious for our large group. Robert and Malvin were very accommodating and responsive. We enjoyed our stay, which is also close to a mini mart, that allowed us to grocery shop any small necessities. The walk to the beach was about a comfortable 15 mins, and we took a different route on our way back to explore the neighborhood. We even got entertainment one of the weekend nights from one of the neighbors who had Karoake. Other than that, the location is quiet and beautiful!
